Winter Sea Swimmers - join us this Saturday
RNLI Dunmore East Water Safety Advisers will be giving a free water safety talk at 10.30am this Saturday, 31 January, in the Dunmore East RNLI Lifeboat Station.
They will cover the basics of staying safe when winter swimming, how to prepare properly, what to do if you’re caught in a rip (and what rips are) recognising hypothermia, essential kit, and a few practical tips that could make all the difference.
