🆕 Option 1 - You do NOT have Swim Ireland (SI) membership

1. Register on Team Unify by Sport Engine platform (Sport Engine). 

  • Follow the registration steps on our platform to create an account. Link is here.
  • You will receive an activation email - please follow the link to activate your account. (Tip: If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.)
  • During registration, confirm that DESC should create your Swim Ireland account on your behalf by checking the appropriate box.
  • In 2017, SportsEngine acquired TeamUnify, allowing them to expand their services specifically for swim teams while integrating with SportsEngine’s broader sports management platform.
  • TeamUnify specializes in managing swim teams, offering tools for registration, scheduling, payments, and communication.

2. Join the Club & Pay Fees

  • Scroll to the bottom of this page to find the membership groups. Select the relevant group and click 'Add to Cart' to continue. Then go to your cart to finalize the registrations and payment.
  • The preferred payment method is by card during registration. Please contact us if you prefer alternative payment methods.
  • DESC will validate your payment and approve your registration on SportsEngine.

3. Swim Ireland Registration

DESC will:

  • Create your Swim Ireland profile.
  • Associate your SI profile with DESC.
  • Pay Swim Ireland on your behalf.

You will:

  • Receive their Swim Ireland Membership ID via email. (Tip: If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.)
  • Be able to validate their account for future login.
  • Be able to reset their password anytime via the Swim Ireland login page.

✅ Option 2 - You already have Swim Ireland (SI) membership

1. Get a Swim Ireland (SI) Membership ID

Already have a Swim Ireland number? → Proceed to Step 2. Below are reminder steps to help you locate your Swim Ireland ID if needed:

  • Visit Swim Ireland and click "Sign in" to your profile to get SI Membership ID.
  • Do not pay for Swim Ireland membership; we will assign you a Non-Competitive Membership.
  • Save your assigned Swim Ireland membership number.

2. Register on Team Unify by Sport Engine platform (Sport Engine).

4. Accept Invitation from Swim Ireland

  • Swim Ireland will send an invitation, you must accept to join our club.
  • This is the final step of registration

🔁 Option 3: Renewing Your Membership

1. Log in to your Sport Engine account

  • Use your existing credentials to log in to the Sports Engine platform. You will find the Sign in button on the top right corner, or Sign in here.
  • Review and update your contact information if needed.
  • You may be transferred to advance features. If so, you have following options:
    • please select View team webstie... on bottom left corner.
    • Alternatively, go back to Join our club page - link is here.

2. Select Membership and Pay Fees

  • Scroll to the bottom of this page to find the membership renewal groups. Select the relevant group and click 'Add to Cart' to continue. Then go to your cart to finalize the registrations and payment.
  • The preferred payment method is by card during registration. Please contact us if you prefer alternative payment methods.
  • DESC will validate your payment and approve your registration on SportsEngine.

🏅 Option 4: Competitive Membership

  • Competitive Membership is not available online. To inquire or apply for Competitive Membership, please contact [email protected] directly.
  • If you are DESC member and would like to proceed with competitive membership, it comes more cost effective to purchase via club.
