UCD One-Day Swim Smooth Clinic with Maxine Strain 29/3/2025

This year, Maxine Strain is organizing the UCD One-Day Swim Smooth Clinic, following the fantastic feedback from Dunmore East Swim Club participants who attended last year’s Guest Clinic sessions. Specifically designed for distance swimmers, this clinic offers a great opportunity to refine technique and improve performance.

We highly encourage those interested to take part and make the most of this valuable experience.
